生於秋天。
Anais是我的法文名字，我的中文名字是李星瑤。

白天我在美國佛羅里達州的瑞林藝術設計學院擔任平面設計師；晚上和週末，我則忙著接案，幫新人設計喜帖，畫插畫，玩手工藝，寫部落格，買菜做飯，還有最重要的，陪我的小狗胖奇。

不工作的時候（這種時候很少），我最喜歡泡一杯玄米綠茶，跟胖奇窩在沙發上看書、畫圖、看電影。

我最愛用的畫圖的素材是彩色鉛筆、沾水鋼筆和彩色筆，有時候也用水性蠟筆、粉彩。電腦繪圖則使用Photoshop和Illustrator。所有好玩的素材我都喜歡實驗看看。

設計排版我使用InDesign。電腦設備是Apple 21.5″ iMac Snow Leopard。

我的插畫作品大多是清新甜美的風格，喜歡簡潔又帶有自然手工味道的設計。目前我為客戶做的設計和插畫作品，主要以邀請函、喜帖、卡片和紙品印刷居多。卡片設計、生活風格類的插畫與繪本，則是我個人創作的主要目標。

Born in autumn.
Anais is my name in French, my Chinese name is Hsin-Yao Lee.

My day job is working as an in-house graphic desginer at Ringling College of Art and Design, Florida.
At nights and weekends, I design and illustrate wedding invitations for people, work on my illustration projects, make some crafty stuff, blog, cook, and most important, spend time with my dog Punchy.

When I am not working (which is rare), I like to make a pot of Genmaicha (brown rice green tea), curl up with Punchy in the couch and read books, draw, or watch movies.

My favorite media for drawing is colored pencil, nib pen and ink, and marker, sometimes pastel and water-soluble crayon. For digital illustration I use Photoshop and Illustrator. I also like to experiment with all kinds of materials.

For design and layout I use InDesign. The machine I have is an Apple 21.5″ iMac Snow Leopard.

I tend to have a sweet and lighthearted style in my illustrations. I also like clean and simple design with organic handmade touch. Most of my commissioned work are invitations, collateral and stationery. For my personal work, I focus on life style illustration and illustrated book, greeting card and paper goods design.
