I am always happy to work on the jobs that involve drawing and character design. For example, these kokeshi characters I designed for our department—Design Center. I had a lot of fun working on them.

The assignment was to design a thank you card for the colleagues at Office of Admissions, who organized Annual Design Summit in Sarasota. I thought it would be nice if I can make some characters representing each of members at Design Center, to make the card more personal. So here we are, five of us in kokeshi style.

每次接到跟畫圖或是人物設計相關的工作，總是讓我很開心。這組日本娃娃人物，是我幫我們部門設計的謝卡。上星期接到主管指派的這份工作，要設計謝卡送給規劃年度設計高峰會的其他部門同事，感謝他們的辛勞。我想，如果可以以我們部門每個成員的造型，設計一組人物放在卡片上，會顯得更貼心、更特別。

這週剛好是農曆新年，我想這組娃娃拿來做賀年卡，也蠻適合的。雖然今天已經初二了，還是要跟大家拜個晚年，祝大家新年平安快樂！
